RETURNS/EXCHANGES

WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT:

Within 60 days of purchase unworn merchandise may be exchanged or returned in original packaging with the original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment. After 60 days, unworn merchandise may be exchanged or store credit will be issued.

WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT:

A merchandise exchange or store credit will be issued for the current price of the item on unworn merchandise.

CLEARANCE ITEMS:

40% off and above are Final Sale Items.  Not subject to return or store credit.

SALE & SEASONAL ITEMS (Cleats, Sandals, & Boots):

Refund will be issued up to 15 days from purchase date on unworn merchandise.  After 15 days, unworn merchandise may be exchanged or store credit will be issued.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Worn or defective merchandise may not be redeemable for cash. Exchange of worn or defective merchandise is up to management discretion.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are available for any brand that is currently being sold at Sneakers Unlimited. Availability of product is subject to vendor stock. All orders will have a $10 ground shipping charge.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards/gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. If lost or stolen, this card will not be replaced.
