Proper Fit

Your feet and gait (how you run) are unique. In order to find the right sneaker for you, your width, size and arch type need to be accurately analyzed and evaluated for the proper fit.

High Arch: High arched feet leave an imprint showing a narrow band connecting the forefoot and heel.  A curved, high-arched foot is generally termed a supinated or under-pronated foot.

Neutral Cushion: Runners with high-arched feet should select shoes in the under pronator to neutral categories.

Normal Arch:  A normal arch leaves an imprint that has a flare but shows the forefoot and heel connected by the wide band.  A normal foot lands on the outside.

Supportive Cushion: Runners with a normal arch should select shoes in the neutral to over pronator categories.

Low Arch:  Flat feet have a low arch and leave a nearly complete imprint.  There is little inward curve where the arch should be.  This usually indicates an over pronated foot that strikes on the outside of the heel and rolls inward excessively.

Stability: Runners with flat feet should select shoes in the over pronator to sever over pronator categories.
